Tasting Notes

Bone dry and the lightest Rosé we have ever produced. Extremely light salmon in color. Floral with delicate white strawberry and lychee aromas. Asian pear and peach blossom develop as the wine opens and warms in the glass. The palate is silky, soft and inviting. The acidity is expressed as clean, textured slate extending through the finish.
