Shipping Guidelines

As of this date, we can ship wine directly to the following states:  

CA, District of Columbia, FL, MN, NC, NV, TX

Wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older.  To avoid any return, redirect or reshipment fees, please provide a business address if possible.  We regret we cannot ship to post office boxes.

Third Party Shipping

If your state is not listed above, we are happy to arrange delivery of your wine to a third party shipping company or wine storage facility.  Please call 707.224.4041 or email info@kalewines.com for more information.

Extreme Weather Shipping

Safe delivery of your order is of great importance to us. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may delay at our discretion shipment of a package to prevent heat damage or freezing. Orders placed between Wednesday and Friday using Ground, 3-Day or 2-Day service may be held until the following Monday to prevent your package from waiting in the shipper’s warehouse. Please look for emails from us during such periods.

Customer Pick Up

Wines purchased on our website can be picked up at our warehouse in Napa between 9am - 4pm Monday through Friday. Choose "Pick Up" at check out and we will contact you via email to make arrangements.
